This a new restaurant just out-side of Jalon, only opened on the 23rd of March, and what wonderful food and setting, this was run as a bed and breakfast, but now the family run a restaurant as well, American Diner style, in a new re-build Spanish style Finca,spot-less, in every way, and not over the top prices, sadly some restaurants put up the price of wines, and they grow the grapes and make the wine here in Spain. Give this restaurant a try, you will not be disappointed, there is also a childrens menu.
